90-day Life and Health Coaching Program
Our 90-day program includes 12 sessions to help you get in tune with your everyday thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This program is designed to make you feel empowered and feel in control of your health, body, and soul. Here’s more about the sessions:
Sessions 1-4
In the first few sessions, you will learn how to build your natural intuition and feel more connected with your body. It sets a foundation for you to experience long-term results and eliminate a negative mindset.
Sessions 5-6
In the next sessions, you will learn to recognize self-sabotaging habits and replace them with healthy habits. And here’s a gentle reminder that falling off track is completely normal and is okay! In session 6, you will learn how to express your inner rebellion in non-destructive ways and explore other healthy ways to improve your life.
Sessions 7-10
In sessions 7 to 10, we will explore different techniques to manage stress in your life. Healthy stress management can prove extremely beneficial to your life, and we help you address the underlying cause of it.
Sessions 11-12
In the last two sessions, it’s all about fun! You get to dream bigger and see that you can accomplish big things in your lifetime. We will celebrate all your small and big accomplishments over the last 90 days and become the highest version of yourself.
Cleanse Programs
We have 14 or 21-day cleanse programs designed to help you become more in tune with your body and soul. The program is made up of three phases.
Phase One: Pre-cleanse Prep (2 Days)
The pre-cleanse period is to help you set intentions, shop for cleanse-friendly ingredients, and ease your body into the program. It will help you prepare for a full mental, emotional, and physical cleanse.
Phase Two: Cleanse (7 Days)
In phase two of the cleanse program, you will follow a simple elimination diet plan and body practices. The cleanse program has several benefits. Mainly, it helps you to:
Shed excess weight (especially abdominal weight)
Boost your energy
Feel lighter and cleaner
Decrease your craving for unhealthy foods
Enhance your body’s ability to mobilize and excrete toxins
Decrease congestion and allergy symptoms
Discover food sensitivities
Create health and nourishing habits
Phase Three: Re-introduction (5 Days)
In the last cleansing phase, we will re-introduce foods into your diet to identify food sensitivities and intolerances. The goal is to create a maintenance diet that best nourishes your body and keeps it healthy.
